Influenza (Flu) Vaccine Information
The Health Department has RMS's flu clinic scheduled for Tuesday, October 10th. 0830-1100. Consents are due back to the school no later than Friday, September 22nd. We CANNOT accept any incomplete forms OR any forms that are not signed by the parent or guardian. Please review the flyers below for additional information.
